Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for purchases of FLOW products, subscriptions, software licenses, telemetry services, AI modules, and related digital services provided by Flow.Vin Ltd. ("FLOW", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Due to the digital, telemetry-based, AI-driven, and downloadable nature of the Services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

1. General Policy

FLOW products may include:

  • Modular infrastructure licenses
  • Specialized ADI agents
  • Edge Agents
  • Track-specific intelligence modules
  • Telemetry-based personalization
  • Driver DNA initialization
  • Token-based or usage-based digital services

Each activation, initialization, or deployment may constitute a separate digital delivery.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to platform usage, activation status, telemetry consumption, and operational deployment state.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be eligible only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase
  • The software license has not been substantially used, activated, initialized, or consumed
  • No significant telemetry collection, Driver DNA initialization, operational deployment, or AI personalization has occurred
  • The account has not materially accessed or consumed the purchased Services

FLOW reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility based on account activity, activation status, telemetry usage, platform consumption, operational deployment status, and AI initialization state.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and Services are generally non-refundable once activated, initialized, delivered, accessed, or consumed:

  • Activated software licenses
  • Downloaded Edge Agent licenses
  • Driver DNA initialization processes
  • Telemetry-based personalization services
  • AI-generated behavioral profiling
  • Operational analytics initialization
  • Modular ADI agents
  • Track-specific intelligence modules
  • Token-based credits, Mission Units, or consumption-based balances
  • Organization deployments
  • Enterprise or implementation projects
  • Government, defense, tactical, or institutional deployments
  • Custom integrations
  • Consulting or training services
  • Usage-based or partially consumed subscriptions
  • Services already delivered or substantially accessed

If a bundled suite contains multiple ADI agents or modules, activation of any individual component may render the entire suite non-refundable.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through account settings, the Paddle customer billing portal, or FLOW support.

Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not automatically generate refunds for prior charges, partially used billing periods, or activated or consumed Services except where required by applicable law.

5. Paddle Billing and Merchant of Record

For purchases processed through the FLOW website checkout via Paddle.com:

  • Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record
  • Payment processing and billing operations are handled by Paddle
  • Certain refund requests may be processed directly through Paddle according to Paddle policies and applicable regulations

Paddle may independently apply fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax processing, or payment verification procedures.

6. Enterprise and Organizational Agreements

Enterprise, organizational, institutional, governmental, defense, tactical, implementation-based, or custom deployments may be governed by separate commercial agreements, statements of work, procurement terms, integration agreements, or deployment contracts.

Such deployments are generally non-refundable once deployment initialization, onboarding, operational integration, or customization has commenced.

Any refund rights applicable to such deployments shall be governed exclusively by the signed agreement between the parties.

7. Chargebacks and Abuse

Users agree to contact FLOW support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

FLOW reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts associated with:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abusive refund behavior
  • Repeated chargebacks
  • Unauthorized payment disputes
  • Attempts to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing reasonable use of the Services, please contact FLOW support before requesting a refund.

FLOW may attempt to resolve the issue, provide technical support, restore access, offer replacement activation, extend subscription access, or reinitialize licenses where appropriate.

Certain FLOW modules, ADI agents, telemetry integrations, simulator connectors, and platform features are compatible only with specifically supported software versions, simulators, hardware configurations, operating systems, or third-party environments.

Users are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase, download, activation, or deployment.

Compatibility limitations arising from unsupported simulator versions, modified software, third-party plugins, unsupported hardware, unsupported operating systems, or unsupported environments shall not automatically qualify for refunds.

Where reasonably appropriate, FLOW may, at its sole discretion, provide alternative compatible deployment, store credit, replacement activation, or exception-based refund consideration.
